The guidelines in the terms & conditions aim at bringing in transparency, clarity and uniformity to the attendees of the conference.
Register online with a credit card by following the respective conference. Online registration is encouraged. We recommend using the latest version of (….) as your browser during the online registration process. Purchase Order for registrations paid by cheques cannot be processed online. Please use the Mail form to register with a Purchase Order or cheque.
To register offline the participant/applicant contact respective conference secretariat. The conference secretariats will advice the process of offline registration procedure.
After completing the transaction, the participant/applicant receives the confirmation receipt from the respective conference secretariat within 48 hrs after receives the confirmation from the administrative department.
Payment must be made before receiving conference materials on-site by making cash payments.
As this event is completely organized by the Ministry of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, Sri Lanka above mentioned policies will consume a lot of time to be proceeded and work according to the government laws.
Therefore none of the participant will be entertained into cancellation, transfer of registration or refund.
Keeping in view of increased security measures , we would like to request all the international participants and speakers to apply for Visa as soon as possible. Organizers of the conference will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Meetings International, including the inability to obtain a visa.
Accommodation providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Conference organizers will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
Delegates are encouraged to provide feedback about the overall experience of attending the conference via a short survey before claiming their reimbursements.
